For every parcel inside your buy-box, we continuously cross-reference:

Every matching parcel gets an owner-intent score. You get an email or in-product alert at the frequency you choose: instant, daily, or weekly digest.

4. You make contact

Each alert includes the owner's likely mailing address, parcel data (acreage, zoning, road frontage, prior sale history), and a comp range. From there you can use our blind-offer template, send a direct letter, or reach out via your own preferred channel.
