1. Beta access

LandMatch Pro is currently in beta. The service is provided free of charge, "as is," and may change, pause, or be limited without notice. We may end your beta access at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts to use LandMatch Pro.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your password secret and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us at security@landmatchpro.com right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Off-market data is for due diligence

The listings, owner-intent signals, tax data, and other information we surface are aggregated from public records and our own analysis. They may be incomplete or outdated. You agree to independently verify any information before contacting an owner or making an offer.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use LandMatch Pro to harass, defraud, or stalk anyone. Don't scrape or resell the data. Don't try to reverse-engineer the service. Don't impersonate someone else.

6. No real estate or legal advice

LandMatch Pro is a software service. We are not your real estate broker, agent, attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. Consult licensed professionals before transacting.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided "as is," without warranties. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at $100.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the date above and, for material changes, notify you by email.
