Privacy Policy

This policy describes how LandMatch Pro ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information from people who use our site and product.
What we collect
- Account information: your name, email address, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
- Search preferences: counties, acreage range, price range, and other buy-box criteria you save.
- Usage data: pages viewed, listings clicked, alerts opened — used to improve the product.
- Communications: messages you send us via email or in-product forms.
How we use it
- To operate your account and deliver deal alerts that match your buy-box.
- To improve the product (analyzing what types of deals get the most interest).
- To contact you about your account, billing once we go paid, and product updates you opted into.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We share data only with sub-processors required to run the service:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.
- Email providers — for transactional and alert email.
Each sub-processor is bound by their own privacy and security obligations.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data by emailing privacy@landmatchpro.com. If you're in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA), you have additional rights to data portability and to opt out of certain processing — we'll honor those requests within the timeframes the law requires.
Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party ad-tracking cookies.
